Moxie Labs is looking to hire a customer-obsessed, data driven Digital Marketing Lead. In this role, you’ll support our digital marketing and digital product teams. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You should be able to operate with a high level of autonomy and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A successful candidate must be able to work both strategically (using customer data to generate bold ideas for growth) and tactically (optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic, and solving problems). You’ll work with various tools and right-size your approach for each of our client’s needs. Experience across both web and mobile applications is required. You will have a firm grasp on the latest approaches to measuring website, and native iOS / Android applications and a high level of comfort with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker and others. You’ll have proven experience creating, updating, and optimizing reporting customized to a given client’s needs and appetite for data. You’ll have experience with modern strategies for measuring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, various campaign attribution models, and how various 3rd party integrations, tracking pixels, and code snippets work together. Experience with healthcare marketing and familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR compliance, and a strong POV on the recent changes to 3rd party cookies are all a huge plus. Finally, this candidate must possess strong organizational and time-management skills and be able to effectively juggle multiple projects and shift priorities on the fly.
